Technology was formed in 1998 as a specialist software and hardware
design company by engineers with over 20 years design experience.
Relationships have been developed with Semiconductor manufacturers
such as Philips Semiconductors NV (now NXP) and Microchip Technology
Inc allowing the sharing of proprietary information and data, often only
available to large OEM companies and protected under NDA (Non Disclosure
Agreements). Using this information, IB Technology has focused on the
design and development of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) reader
systems. In particular, reference designs have been re-engineered to
create a range of pin-compatible and host command compatible reader
modules and Chip Set solutions. These cost-effective products have allowed
RFID technology to be designed-into almost any application, the scope of
it's use only limited by the users imagination.
